oh my! im drunk off of shopping. i just thought of the cutest outfit with black leggings and a long black tank....

i'll see about getting it tomrrow...hopefully!

no school monday! woohoo! heres whats up fashion wise:

-FINALLY got the coach wedgesss!!!! woo hoo!
-got camiflogue hat!
-got long white target tank
-got proactive

WANTS

so today there is NO food in the house. i feel like kuta kinte hungry fo some cornbread.

i ate cheese today. but i dont feel bad bc it could of been worse. my goal is not to cheat for at least 3 weeks.

and....today i started doing sit-ups. that might be the best things right there.

so here we have diet-cardio-weight training. damn its good. well i'm gonna go jog in a bit. but i shall leave you with this....

half goal

my half goal is August 27....the first day of my convention. damn. that gives me approximately 24/25 days to look great for the convention.

i'm on the grind.

heres what i'm doing to ensure that happens:
45 min. daily workouts. (6:30am-Monday, Wednes., Friday, Sunday. Evening workouts: Tuesday/ Thursday)

3 Bubba Kegs of Water Daily

NO CHEESE

Arm Weights (6 days a week)

Zantrex 3

hair washing - frid. and wednesdays.

and now! here are some shoes i'm lusting after to wear with the shorts i'll be rocking!

i'm so excited about the wardrobe i'll have once i lose weight. thats one MAJOR motivation. i'll wear heels at school and blow people out the water. i'm already excited. here are some pieces that will look gorgeous on my new bod! imagine me with these pieces...hair freshly relaxed, nails painted to perfection, cherry lipstick applied flawlessly.

i can not abide the hotness!

i need to add new songs to my ipod to boost my workout. i also have to ask daddy to fix the stairmaster. i love my stairmaster.

heres today's list:
- 2 eggs and 4 sausage links for breakfast
-curry chicken salad for lunch
-one bubbe keg so far!
i'm just about to make up my mind about diet pills. as bad as it is i'm thinking about getting ones with ephedra online. "Proxylean" seems to have the largest amount so far. its a big decision though and must not be rushed. i'm going to do some research on it and let the thought sit for a while.

its only 12:37pm and i still have a lot to do. until later....

Easy Summer...Hard Changes

whoa.

my first blog and my first word is an articial exclamatory phrase. In my defense it is the only way I can adequately describe the emotions my lastest embarkment leaves me to feel.

i want to lose 20lbs. i want to lose 20lbs in two months. as of now, i weight about 175.
175- 20= 155.

thats the goal.

this blog should help me find out what i want...but heres what i know:
-i know the goal is possible
-i know working out is a must
-i know i'm going to achieve my goal
