half goal

my half goal is August 27....the first day of my convention. damn. that gives me approximately 24/25 days to look great for the convention.

i'm on the grind.

heres what i'm doing to ensure that happens:
45 min. daily workouts. (6:30am-Monday, Wednes., Friday, Sunday. Evening workouts: Tuesday/ Thursday)

3 Bubba Kegs of Water Daily

NO CHEESE

Arm Weights (6 days a week)

Zantrex 3

hair washing - frid. and wednesdays.

and now! here are some shoes i'm lusting after to wear with the shorts i'll be rocking!
